TRIGMA Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 27, 2026
TRIGMA is a mobile word-puzzle game published by Trigma Studio / Next Kode.
Summary
TRIGMA does not require an account and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or precise location.
The App stores gameplay progress and settings locally on your device. The App also uses third-party services for advertising and in-app purchases. Those services may collect or process device, advertising, purchase, diagnostics, and app interaction data as described below.
Information Stored Locally on Your Device
TRIGMA stores the following game data in local app storage:
- Coins, XP, world progress, completed levels, stars, hint usage, daily puzzle/daily gift state, resume state, and sound settings.
- Premium entitlement state after a successful "remove ads + unlimited hints" purchase.
This local gameplay data is used only to run the game experience on your device. It is not sent to our own server because TRIGMA does not currently operate an account system or cloud save service.
You can delete local gameplay data by clearing the App's storage in Android settings or uninstalling the App.
Advertising
TRIGMA uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK to show banner ads, rewarded ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded interstitial ads.
Google Mobile Ads may collect and share data such as:
- IP address.
- Advertising ID, app set ID, and other device or account identifiers where available.
- App interactions, ad interactions, and product interactions.
- Diagnostics, crash-related information, performance data, and other technical data.
This data may be used for advertising, ad measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and service operation. Data handled by Google Mobile Ads is encrypted in transit.
You can manage or reset your Android advertising ID and ad personalization choices in your device settings. In some regions, additional consent or privacy choices may be presented through Google or platform privacy controls.
Google's privacy policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Google Mobile Ads data disclosure information is available at https://developers.google.com/admob/android/privacy/play-data-disclosure.
In-App Purchases
TRIGMA offers a one-time premium purchase to remove ads and unlock unlimited hints. Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing and Unity Purchasing. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Purchase-related data may be processed by Google Play, Unity, and payment providers to complete transactions, prevent fraud, manage refunds, and restore purchases.
Google Payments privacy information is available at https://payments.google.com/payments/apis-secure/get_legal_document?ldo=0&ldt=privacynotice.
Unity's privacy policy is available at https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Analytics and Diagnostics
TRIGMA includes Unity services and Google Mobile Ads SDKs. These services may process technical diagnostics and service data needed to initialize services, show ads, process purchases, prevent fraud, and maintain app reliability.
We do not currently operate our own user account database, gameplay analytics server, or marketing email system for TRIGMA.
Permissions
The App may request or include Android permissions required for core functionality and third-party SDKs, including:
- Internet and network state access, used for ads, purchases, and service connectivity.
- Advertising ID related permissions, used by advertising SDKs where allowed by the platform and user settings.
- Billing permission, used for Google Play in-app purchases.
- Vibration permission, used for game feedback.
TRIGMA does not request camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, precise location, or external storage permissions.
Children
TRIGMA is a general-audience word game and is not directed specifically to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Because the App includes advertising and in-app purchases, parents or guardians should supervise use by children and may use Google Play parental controls.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through a third-party service used in the App, contact us and we will help direct the request to the appropriate provider.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share or allow processing of information only in these situations:
- With service providers and SDK providers, including Google AdMob, Google Play Billing, and Unity, as needed to operate ads, purchases, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and app services.
- If required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, if TRIGMA or related assets are transferred.
Data Retention and Deletion
Local gameplay data remains on your device until you delete it by clearing app storage or uninstalling the App.
Purchase records are handled by Google Play and relevant payment providers according to their own retention rules. Advertising and diagnostics data are handled by Google, Unity, and their service providers according to their policies.
Because TRIGMA does not currently provide accounts or cloud save, we do not maintain a user account deletion flow. For privacy requests, contact us using the email below.
International Data Transfers
Third-party providers such as Google and Unity may process information on servers located in different countries. Their processing is governed by their privacy policies and applicable data transfer safeguards.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App changes, when third-party SDK behavior changes, or when legal or platform requirements change. The updated policy will be posted with a new effective date.
